    I know we do warm well. Something seems wrong with the progression, though completely possible. I feel we see better trends with that high to the north, but not great trends soon. BUT, that is not science in that.. the guidance looks like poop! I see beter CAD and some icing concerns based on that Euro map. Just takes time to get better. Sucks to be fighting against such crazy climate. In 2016 we had a huge storm showing up on models by now!

    Was an intern at the Climate Analysis center at the time! We had a briefing with the weather folks on the 6th floor where we could look at maps and hear what they were thinking for the long range! That was one of the wildest storms ever!

    Just hit 3 inches out here in Purcellville. Nice snow dendrites! Beautiful. Been intermittent large and then small flakes for a bit. Currently still large, but looks like another break with smaller based on radar! Another inch and I would be happy! A couple more, and I will be shocked!

    I am up to 2.2 inches but nice fat flakes falling almost heavily! Love it.

    Finally seeing an uptick in snow. Been slow to get going. All surfaces are now white

    Winds are whipping now like crazy! 32mph sustained.. gusts well in the 40s! 33 degrees!

    Well, Lucy has served up another one. As long as we get a notarized document by the Euro that she will not pull the ball then maybe we will get something! LOL!

    You mean after it took away the storm it advertised... until it didn't.. Just a note! Euro was in on a storm early! NO ONE else was. Then the other models were and the Euro said - NOPE!
