LWX radar estimates are in line with the 2016 flood (6"+ in ~2hrs).

Several rain gauges are reporting 2 - 3" rainfall rates still in Howard and Baltimore counties.

This is going to be worse than the 2016 floods. Between this and the Baltimore County/City flooding, it's definitely more pronounced.

Reports of up to 100 people trapped in two restaurants near the bottom of town.

A great way to prevent mold and fungus during wet periods is to bad your clippings as you mow. When the clippings are wet, they trap moisture to the ground and cause neck rot of the grass blades. I bag my clippings if we've had extended periods of wet weather and it's almost stopped any bald spots from coming out during our usual May monsoons.
