  1. In the weekly readings, sure.
  2. I went to sleep shortly after measuring around a foot at midnight...woke up in the AM to like 30" of cement.
  3. I wonder if that would make the winter act more like an el nino, as well? Pinatubo induced a strong PV due to the release of aerosols IIRC, but I do not know much about this...
  4. This is the classic "everyone get carried away with ENSO while Twitter fans the flames" stage of the pre season...like clockwork.
  5. I don't think so. 1.1..MAYBE 1.2, tops.
  6. Oh, I know...I just meant the sensible outcome.
  7. If La nina peaks with a strong ONI, I'll change my screen name to BenKnolls Thong. Not happening.
  8. That same, exact circle jerk swath from winter lol
  9. I remember when you developed that HAM fetish lol
  10. I did that when I was a kid lol Always made me feel dirty
  11. I don't think you've called me by that for like 10 years
  12. We've had boring weather for 6 consecutive months, too....so that's part of it.
  13. We've been infected with the Ihaveasenseofhumor virus.
  14. Pick of the litter...maybe some what to test for most rapid descent?
  15. Maybe they sell a 4" paper bag on Amazon for you to breathe into?
  16. I actually stayed up all night in the lead up to the January blizzard last year, but I realized early in the AM that it would suck for me and was fast asleep by noon.
  17. Overall, I agree on +NAO, but I'm not convinced of a 1988-1989 type death trap of a PV. @Isothermturned into a lurker last season, unfortunately....still lurks, but doesn't respond to direct inquiries anymore.
  18. Not even January 2005 where in Taunton? I wonder what @ORH_wxman's response is to this...
  19. Exactly. December was awful, but January into February was bad luck for my area.
  20. How did I know you would take that bait. Btw, this la nina is not a modoki......its basin wide with a slight western tilt. While that still favors a +NAO overall, there is more variance with that dataset. 17AUG2022 1.2 20.1-0.8 3 24.3-0.8 3.4 25.7-1.2 4 27.7-1.0
  21. I just take the gauge in if I expect either dry weather or snow.
  22. The conundrum of a coastal snow weenie.
