  1. Past hour
  2. I've had a couple of those in the last 4 years living on Johnnycake! Exhilarating, but scares the crap out of you!
  3. this is normal summer, not sure what the big deal is. lol the weird arguments about heat index and etc. haha
  4. Dude, I did not say you mentioned anything about the temperatures. Why are you playing this fucked up verbal game - you’re trying to evade the fact that you were wrong by making this some other argument This is what you said exactly and it was silly ”Kind of a wimpy heat advisory though. 96 hi? That's your average summer day in Florida. ” which I responded to, clearly, by context. I don’t really care, but I can’t stand when people try to gaslight - it’s a separate thing, not related to any kind of temperature debate, which there was none
  5. Ineedsnow had 90’s around him for hundreds of miles and he likely did hit it .. yet today was meh for heat
  6. I mentioned nothing about the actual temperatures. Posted no meso temperatures. What I did mention was the national weather service heat index warning. Which was for 96°. See below after the word what:
  7. looking at the moon this evening for an unusually long amount of time. that was a looong party weekend.
  8. Highs today. PSM and PBG win with 96° I may have to pull the PBG MADIS charts out later.
  9. I convinced myself this evening to wave the white flag on the rest of the season….for now at least….will change if they go on a burner pace lol. That said, am really curious to see how they handle Ohearn, Mullins, and a few others that are done after this yr. Pitching aside, the core of the Os is under team control for a few more years, so I’m not ready to say their window is closed. Adley/Basallo, Holliday, Cowser, Westburg, Gunnar, Mayo will be on next years team. That’s solid if they’re healthy. No fng clue what they do for pitching though.
  10. You said “wimpy” and used a meso region that comparatively did not represent the situation fairly. I responded to a clear tactic to diminish the extent of the reality - why this taking place from you and Indeedsnow is odd and teetering on a cred denter. Aside from frankly coming off as a wee bit dishonest and ‘gaslighty’ … or perhaps just delusional social media bate you should probably drop it while the numbers are clear
  11. Did Greenfield have fireworks on the 4th and 5th? No towns around me were doing them either night but I heard distant ones from the west. I doubt I would be able to hear them from Greenfield.
  12. I know a lot of SNE had some good rain this week, but I have to admit, lawns are starting to look a little crispy in Franklin Co.
  13. We hit 91° today. Might’ve been able to peek higher, but there was a lot of cloud debris off and on. The river was nice today but still 68°. I can’t wait to get down to Falmouth later in the week.
  14. Southern-ish New Hampshire is a sneaky hot spot in the summer.
  15. Is it in one of those metal sheds in the middle of a parking lot? Maybe that's why you hit 99°
  16. Exactly a whole lot of meh. All hot all the time for some reason is triggered today. No one said it was going to be cold today lolz. Bradley international topped out at 90 with dew points in the 60's. Head to the cooling stations!
  17. You do know Junorch was right? Do you think that month was hot?
  18. I hadn't posted this, but meant to relating to the trend issue. Top pic is the Euro seasonal June temp forecast for OND and the bottom is July's forecast for same period. I know 2 months aren't a trend, but again, it's moving toward the Cansip with a non-furnace Canada into the Conus. Plus, AN areas aren't going wild.

  20. Yesterday
  21. I was able to find this Tempest weather station near Carthage that recorded 9.3".
  22. So dang sad..I've been out of pocket until I heard about it in church this morning. Absolutely devastating. Especially with the timing of the flash flood.
  23. I don’t see a color/amounts guide, but this clearly shows where the heaviest has already fallen. I read that some areas have already gotten 8-10”!
  24. ACATT hit the bottles hard , early , and often today lol
  25. Made it to 94 here. Still 88/74. I do like these evenings with a balmy breeze and no hint of a chill in the air. True summer.
