September will likely finish with a mean temperature near 68.6° (0.6° below normal). Supplemental Information: The projected mean would be 0.6° above the 1981-2010 normal monthly value.

Here in Alexandria spent the day transplanting hydrangeas. Soil/clay is pretty saturated well below the surface, the stream across the intersection is back that comes from sump pumps up the street when the water table is up, and the river birch isn't yellow.
