  2. Hopefully the weather improves for y’all. That area floods for a rain shower so I can only imagine what its like this week.
  3. Juicy out there, flood watch makes sense.
  4. Just had a gully washing storm pop over my area and move NNW.
  5. If you spend any amount of time outside on a regular basis, you know when dews are high vs low. I don’t need an electronic device to tell me whether it’s bearable outdoors. It’s only a reference for those that hope for unpleasant conditions.
  6. Nothing like a company car! No maintenance, comes with a company card for fuel, and when there’s an issue with it… not your problem! Had a company truck for a few years. Beat the hell out of it trying to make deadlines. No way I treat my own vehicle that way to satisfy customers.

  14. Rainfall totals from OKX for yesterday's storm:
  15. Just picked up my new company car yesterday. I have to pick up the ceo a couple times a year at the airport . Well worth the trade off .
  16. Thu should be some epic swampazz. Breathe it in folks.
  17. I stay at Gifford's woods every year for a week. Good Central location for visiting surrounding areas of VT, plus a good amount right in Killington area also. NH mountains are much more rugged and impressive, but a lot busier IMO.
  18. No kidding, but hard to complain when we have literally caught every storm last 5 weeks. I was looking forward to some fun thunderstorms this evening though
  19. Richmond area rain looks pretty damn healthy
  20. Bread and cakes? Lays chips lol and yes it gets delivered.. all I have to do is put the stuff up then order for the coming days.. and its 78 cents a mile for driving so not to bad plus getting paid while driving.. mostly do leominster athol area.. walmart, bjs, hannafords and market baskets.. now you know my daily life
  21. Haven’t watered the lawn once . Just the garden during the Stein periods. Davis not in grass . The woods definitely helps dews. But where folks live, those are the dews. Just like the tarmac dries and lowers dews more than surrounding areas .
  22. That's what it feels like here - the drier air blew in behind that juicy-looking band of downpours last evening. That band split a few miles to my west, and we got a meager 0.08". Friends 20 miles northwest had closer to 2". Fortunately, the morning rain dropped 0.98", best drink since mid June.
  23. correct - that flow around the bermuda high is going to backup over us and there will be heavy storms and flooding rains again IMO
