Spooky Season (October Disco Thread)
tamarack replied to Prismshine Productions's topic in New England
Lots more "fake" readings in SNE than the "real" ones like Mt. Tolland. Maybe the hills are really the "fake" places. Low of 25 here with thick frost and 1/16" ice on the washtub. -
Probably not done trending east...went from a storm to a miss back to a storm and now going back to a miss

I would gladly take an inch here, the problem is I don't trust how I get it, either with a last minute miracle wraparound or 120 hours of drizzle

I’m expecting decent rains and wind. Never was on the massive hype train here locally with such discrepancies. And yes there is definitely uncertainty.

The euro ai rain totals are west of 6z at least for parts of long island. Seems to be a sharp cutoff in jersey area though.

When will you accept the fact Wolf is right we just don't know. Gonna be an offshore storm that we know.

Guess we keep watering. Would be nice to give the sprinklers a break.

And now I go from 3-4” to less than an inch on turning 6 hrs. Get the fuck out of here with that model.

"Potentially" powerful Nor'easter Sun-Mon 10/12-13/25 with needed rain-especially south of I84, and fairly high impact sct coastal gusts 50+ MPH and possibly moderate or greater coastal flooding at the midday Sun and Monday high tide cycles.

The return of the elusive Nor'easter. Drought buster or bust?

I see we are all in mid-winter form! So with that, I’m at Peabody Heights drinking DIPAs early. -
Wow that's a very early first freeze for your area. Thankfully I only got down to 37 here, so the growing season continues. My pole lima beans are still producing heavily and I don't want that to stop anytime soon.
-
Never had that. Euro is erratic and just another model. Stop humping it.
