  1. Past hour
  2. Up to 1.21” on the day with a drizzle/mist now.
  3. .22 today . Saw lots of forecasts with widespread 1” . Not the setup for that
  4. As far as overall synoptic pattern recognition, machines are taking over. They just don’t have the skill to resolve hi res or mesoscale features.
  5. its 80 degrees down in South Jersey with a 73 dewpoint in Money Island along the Delaware Bay
  6. I can't wait for the AI agents to be trained to show blizzards leading to every run showing a storm.
  7. I don’t live in South Weymouth, and I’m not lying. I had 1 inch last Sunday, which dried up in two days.
  8. Might struggle to get .10; so much for a .50-1” storm
  9. Dude I literally looked . You were away when it hit . They both are at almost 2” this month.
  10. I agree with this. I am agnostic as to what harm ai will cause at this point, but I’d say the warning signs are flashing bright red. And I’d prefer to just err on the side of caution. In general I think experimenting with something that almost immediately gets deployed society and world wide should be done in the most cautious way possible. TBH I don’t even want ai so any kind of societal collapse risk either from bad actors or rogue AI’s is enough for me to say let’s just stop entirely until we figure out if this is safe.
  11. Shocking. Been the same story here for awhile. 0.09" Sent from my SM-S921U using Tapatalk
  12. I don't think we realized how shifty he is
  13. Even in bad winters occasionally you can line something up in New England. But you are barking up the wrong tree here, I’m not optimistic at all about this upcoming winter and am fully expecting a ratter. Now the next concern…. Even if there is a biggie there is no guarantee that it comes up the coast. Often in super ninos the storm track is too far south.
