I wouldn't be worried if the GGEM went east unless it does ridiculously so. It is the last model with an LP inland.

right. A little east is ok, just not a major correction like near the gfs or something.Would love to see a low right on top of the eastern shore.Dover sounds nice.lol

While we await whatever the hell the GGEM throws out -- down to 1.5*F here.

Wmsptwx, you are referring to the 1/13/08 I believe...yeah that was a big bust for the NYC area. We weren't expecting much so it wasn't as big but NYC had a heavy snow warning (Which of course is now defunct). It bombed out too late.

That of course was an SNE winter -- BOS got smacked.

I'm pretty sure it was a storm from February that every model blew up for days and I-81 west was getting plastered with up to 2 ft snow amounts. Then all of a sudden Henry M put up a snow graphic with a 25"+ swath from around Garrett County, MD to Lake Champlain, and then all of a sudden models switched to a well east solution that even missed I-95. :axe:

Nah, he's talking about a storm that wound up with light rain in NYC and hit New England hard.

I think you're talking about something in February 2009 -- that one had an inverted trough with it and gave some areas 8-10".
