We gotta see where the northern fronto band sets up. Nyc is looking prime for that band rn,precip expanding east into nyc with heavier bands developing might give us a positive bust later. I expect more then the "inch" that everyone is harping about. 33/26f cloudy.

Yep. There should be a nice band on the northern edge.

At 7 pm, Philadelphia was seeing light rain while snow flurries had moved into the Allentown area. The northern extent of the precipitation where it is raining should see the rain change to snow as the evening progresses.

Such a waste of a good storm. Could’ve been a HECS. Instead we get the 50 mile wide 1-2” tease on the north edge.

That fringe band is coming, looks good for us in the city,its a slow mover. No model had/has that feature which is interesting.

Snow just started lightly with a temp of 35F (dewpoint 26F and a wet bulb temp of 31.9F), so hopefully we'll be down to at least 33F soon, which should allow easy accumulation on 32F snow/sleet.  Paved surfaces will take longer and require higher rates of course.
