I Understand Bad Luck.  But this recently has gotten Absolutely Mother F******* ReDonkulous.  I could Actually chuck an accordion or of the Hilton right now.  

I used to have that kind of passion for big snowstorms. Life and surroundings eventually beat it out of me . The best thing about this one is that everyone should get in on the good stuff. I don't know how old you are but you still seem kind of young. The area you live in gets a decent # of chances historically. It could be worse young fellá, you could live outside of Brattleboro VT or in Springfield MA where I am.

Rare fetch of precip for sure. Last time I can rememeber such a continental firehose was in early Feb 2022. Ice across CNE and an epic NNE burial thanks to three distinct overrunning waves along a sharp temperature gradient. Precip was stretching back to Texas. Sure synoptics are much more dynamic today, but I thought I would never see an overrunning event of that size for at least a decade. Totally agree with just how incredible the size is of this storm.

Yes, that’s the word, “Fetch”…it’s absolutely Massive.  The snow reports down to the SW are coming in and they’re impressive to say the least.  This bodes well for us up here imo…she’s a beast. And she’s coming in with a vengeance .

I moved here in October 2018, so this one has a great shot to be my largest event in Methuen....19" on 12/1-12/3 2019 and 1/7 2024 are tied. 2/1 2021 is 2nd with 16.5"

EURO and GFS have jack just north of me in SE NH, around Newton, NH....NAM is more east of me from Newburyport down to Ipswich and Rowley.
