BooneWX Posted September 16 Author Share Posted September 16 On the extended pattern: I had someone ask me if it wasn’t a bit early to be putting out fall decorations with it being this hot. My response: “If you’re waiting on fall weather to do fall things, it’ll be time to decorate for Christmas.” Next week is looking a little better at least. The resulting cool NELY flow and shower potential will help keep tempera- tures about 8 to 12 degrees below normal thru Friday. The wedge will likely weaken on Friday as the sfc low lifts further NE and drier air works its way into our area from the west. HIGHS IN THE UPPER 70S. FRIDAY NIGHT MOSTLY CLEAR. LOWS IN THE UPPER 50S. SATURDAY SUNNY. HIGHS AROUND 80. SATURDAY NIGHT MOSTLY CLEAR. LOWS IN THE UPPER 50S. SUNDAY MOSTLY SUNNY.
