Could the timing of this strong westerly wind burst in the pacific with the cold coming finally be our luck turning? Should beef up the subtropical jet quite a bit, and no surprise that the models are looking much more active in response.

Great seeing the GFS and Euro AI with a big storm at the end of the month. Euro has the storm, too, but a little concerned already because it is backing off the totals each run.

Man, when was the last time we saw this many different models honking about the same period at this range? Hate to get my hopes up about a period 10+ days out but hard not to with how consistently it’s showing across multiple suites.

At this point I feel might as well be hopeful. It's going to do what it's going to do anyway, and if it doesn't work out life goes on.

Looks like both AI models hit again. That’s like at least 3-4 in a row for the Euro AI.

Euro AI is honking the horn. Every ens had at least a trace of snow somewhere in SC.  50/50.  Wow.  Trying not to get too excited.
