After a frosty start this morning we will see a mostly cloudy day with temperatures this afternoon a few degrees cooler than normal for late November. Tomorrow we should see above normal temperatures but with rain arriving tomorrow night. The sun returns for the weekend with temperatures not too far from normal. We look to warm to well above normal by the day before Thanksgiving before the pattern change to colder takes hold by Turkey Day weekend.

Call me old. But I remember a snowstorm on Thanksgiving I think it was '71 or '72 where we had about a foot of heavy wet snow that brought down power lines.

Some unexpected conditions this morning, with a low of 29 to go along with dense fog and heavy frost.  Also added an additional .01" of rainfall yesterday morning.

Penn State game weather looks decent with temps hanging around 40. An early game would have been a mess for tailgating

We are traveling to Rutgers that day for our annual Penn State road trip, so this is the rare occasion where I’m rooting against it. But also, deep down, there’s a part of me that still wants to see it happen and the hell with our travel plans haha.

This may look like snow, but it's actually hail from a wild severe thunderstorm that hit West Phoenix in Arizona yesterday. This is the entrance ramp to I-10 from 83rd Ave.
