ncjoaquin
I can't tell if there is rain in it, but definitely some flakes falling. Unfortunately, I am at 36 degrees, so I am sure that it won't last. Edit: Mostly rain now

Maggie Valley Steve
Should get a break the next couple of hours as the cold front arrives and upslope snow begins. Temperature has risen to 35 now and the fog is only a couple of hundred feet above the Valley floor.

gopack42
Probably have 2-2.5 in so far on the cars and elevated surfaces here. My thermometer says 32.2 but it might be a degree or so higher than the actual temp since I have the sensor mounted near my sliding door on my balcony. Snow still coming down but it's lightened up. Hope we catch the back side later today. I hope everyone is getting something. It would be great if we all get to enjoy this one.
