I've been taking a bottle of campari, a bottle of cocchi sweet vermouth, diced quart of fresh strawberries, 3 scrapped vanilla beans in vacuum sealed bag, sous vide for 3 hours at 125. Strain, chill, Combine 2 oz with 1 oz plantation 114 proof rum over big cube.

Am I wrong in thinking this is a timing issue with the fujiwhara effect and high pressure and due to that uncertainty is higher than normal?
