Seems like every season is pushed back each year. Winter into spring, summer into fall, and so forth. It's almost like there was some paradigm shift in atmosphere.

I know, right? It’s almost like climates are changing. I for one shocked!

When the fire ants arrive, you know we’re f’d.

Showers will continue today into the evening. We should dry out a bit before more showers arrive by Sunday afternoon. The next several days have showers in the forecast at almost any time. We finally clear up by Wednesday with temperatures warming back up into the mid 80's by the end of the week. Looking ahead maybe our first shot at a 90-degree day by around the summer solstice.

We continue to see less and less 90 degree days here in the Philly burbs of Chester County PA....however over at our old UHI problem spot the PHL Airport we continue to see more and more 90 plus days each summer season! Out here in Chester County we are averaging only 6 such days each summer over the past 2 decades - while PHL sizzles on the runways with 35 of those days!!

Today and Monday will be cooler than the last few days with temperatures remaining 6 to 8 degrees below normal for June. Highs on both days will be not too far from 70 degrees with some higher ridge locations staying in the upper 60's. Shower chances are around today through Tuesday morning before we clear out and warm up by Wednesday. By Wednesday temperatures should return to near normal with highs near 80 degrees with temps rising to the mid 80's by the end of the new work week.

Someone please turn this rain off. I don't need any more at this juncture. I get about less then a quarter inch and it is sitting on top of the ground in my low lands. Since Friday I have received .87 and it is now 6:05 pm this Sunday. My garden is in the lowland and I had the tiller in there this morning before it rained again. The ground is extremely wet. And a few places ther was mud on the rototiller tires.

62 degrees, .27” of rain yesterday and .06” overnight.

Looks like we are under a flood watch the next 2 days, Monday, Tuesday

They are saying we could get over 3” of rain in short duration. :axe:
