Several stations in Levittown are at or above 100. My personal station is at 98F currently down from a high of 99F. Crazy that KTTN about 10-15 miles away is only at 93F for a high today so far.

95F Dew of 75 so feels like 109!  I truly cannot remember hitting 100F out here in the country.

Like seeing all your readings at different locations.  Anyway you slice it, it's HOT!

One last reading.  70F in my living room.

So far today across Chester County the majority of spots have seen high temperatures in the low to mid 90's. The big exception of course was at KOQN Brandwine Airport with a high so far of 98.6. The next hottest station was at the West Chester MADIS station at 95.9. Other Chester County highs so far - Avondale 93.2 / East Nantmeal 92.1 / West Grove 92.4 / Glenmoore 93.9 / Chester Springs 95.6 and KMQS 95.0

The days are shorter, but the sun angle is still higher.  

Interesting i figured since further north and less daylight it got weaker but i stand corrected

It is definitely far worse in Florida! Yeah, today and tomorrow are awful, but every day is suffocating down there in the summer. We just had several days in the 60s this month. Central Florida is definitely worse than the coast where you get some seabreeze, but it is punishing down there in the summer pretty much every day.

Ended up at 98 for a high and it's currently 86 with dp 78. Ugh.

Will see what the "low" will end up being tomorrow morning.

Well I bottomed out (if you can call it that) at 81 and have now h it 90 before 9 am.  Just got done watering and am hoping that will hold the plants until the next precip event (Friday I think?).  I was actually shocked that my potted herbs and veggies hadn't started drooping into oblivion yet.  

Currently a mostly sunny, hazy, hot and humid 91 with dp 78 as of post time (9:10 am).

PHL temp at 10 is 93, one degree warmer than at this time yesterday.

Im watering twice a day right now, once in the morning and once at night and my veggies are doing great. They droop during the day but I swear my zucchini and cucumber plants doubled in size overnight. They are loving the humidity…  96F at 12 pm here. Will be close if we actually hit triple digits.

 

also, we had a power surge early this morning at like 6 am. That was scary. No power in this heat would be no beuno.

I briefly registered a 99 here in NW Philly at 2:09 pm but am back down to 98 with dp 75.  Don't know if I'll hit triple digits but still have a few hours to get there.

My DP has dropped from 75 to 73  in the last 2 hours so I think we make 100 here, we shall see! 99/73 is still a 110 heat index YUCK

Right now at 2:30 pm, am at 99 with dp going between 72 & 73.

It's unofficially official.  First 100F temp I've ever measured with this weather station over the last 14 years.  Next closest was 98.7F in 2018.

I'm @ 97F dew is 69 which is weird but doable.  AC's have been running non stop.

HIt a rounded up 100 (99.9) with dp 73.   It's currently 98 with dp 73.

KABE currently reporting a 63F DP. Definitely a welcome change from yesterday’s swamp of misery. It’s still hot but not unbearable.

Except when the rain/snow line is 5 miles to the north and its puking 3-4 inch/hr rates north of that line.
