This storm in Salem County seems to have some broad rotation.  Even has a nice little tail cloud that looks to be getting longer.

That's super cool to be able to toss up a drone for those pics. I wish I could do that, but I'm too close to an airport.

Yeah, it's convenient.  Sometimes I get screwed, though, with the president's frequent trips to Delaware.

I am at 0.98 since Thursday with a total of 3.06 for the month, I think I have a microclimate of sinking air this year in sw lehigh county. Since Thursday i have been brushed and dodged by heavy precip. Got some good lightning though. Most years I get the best of the best, and this year has been swings and misses!

Never heard that in regards to rain? That's a snow term/phrase...pretty sure it's copyrighted.

You might be right, I'll check the documentation/handbook. So with that in mind, got a 0.30" topper along with the earlier 0.25", bringing today's total to 0.55", and the month to 9.07". Wowza, from famine to feast!

With this latest round now moving past, so far I have 1.21" for the day (0.75" from that last round).  That comes out to 5.04" in the past 5 days and 7.44" for the month of June.

Currently damp and misty, with steamy windows, a temp of 67 and a dp of 66.

There's another band back by Harrisburg and it will be interesting to see if that survives the trip to the east.
