Everyone thinks it has to be below 32F to snow. Obviously if you look at the above picture it is/was showing 39 degrees and snowing good with a dusting on the ground. When the precip lightened up for about 30 minutes, it changed to drizzle and flurries. For the past 30 minutes or so it has been a nice, moderate to heavy at times snow!
