I'd be down for that. So many of our snowstorms here are over within like 12 hours.

May never experience anything like this ever again though.

Just an absolutely insane map. Hope we see it again at some point.

Oh, I'm sure it'll change. I guess the main theme coming out of this is be prepared for bone chilling cold.

The Canadian had wind chill values for Central Oklahoma on next Friday around 6am around -29 degrees.

Not snow or ice-related... But holy cow the 12z GFS windchills are insane... Could have a prolonged period where we (in KC) 1. Do not get above a wind chill of zero, and 2. where we have wind chills in negative teens for 24+ hours, potentially at times below -20.

12z GFS is a bit farther south with the snow on Saturday thanks to a bit deeper of a wave moving through.

EDIT: Some pretty large changes being seen, mainly that things are more zonal and the big upper low over Canada is farther west. Looks like a large overrunning situation setting up on the 11th and 12th.

Gfs seems to be the outlier right now.  The 12z V16 looked great.  Not really any support from any others though.  Odd for only 60 hours out.  Not even the Canadian was similar.
Let’s ride it for now and hope the Euro has it.
