Just got home from running to 7-11. The new snow is over the neighborhood curbs. No blowing or drifting. Can get around in it if you do not do stupid things. City streets are becoming snow packed in Okc.

Emilly Sutton at Noon had Southern Oklahoma getting 6 to 10 tomorrow

Okc had a Ice Nado. KWTV helicopter pilot was flying over one of the city lakes and got a spin up coming off the lake. There is a video of it on FB if you goto Jed Castle's FB page.

Something to think about is how many people are going to have high end car repairs. Not many people now adays check antifreeze in their cars esp. in this region.

Update on the water issue in Okc seems as some of the pipes at the water plant froze

Turner Turnpike closed do to a semi accident/fire and crews not being able getting to it due to the weather. I 35 Northbound near Blackwell, Oklahoma shut down for the same reason.

The entire south side of Okc is without water. The water plant that serves this area went down the the City can not give a time when it would be back up.
