jburns Posted September 29, 2015 Share Posted September 29, 2015 All I've had for the entire event is 2.18". I actually mowed my grass this afternoon. It was ready to be mowed back when all this rain started, so it was either mow or hire a wilderness guide to find my house. There were no soft spots anywhere in my yard. I do need to mow, but there were just enough sprinkles today to keep the grass too wet to cut. Maybe tomorrow between showers? Maybe Saturday? or next Tuesday? Wednesday A chance of showers, with thunderstorms also possible after noon. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 82. Southwest wind around 7 mph. We need every last drop of rain we can get, Especially this long duration soaking type rain. This is just what the Dr. ordered for the lakes and streams.
