Yeah looking good down there.  Steady snow extends all the way back to near KC.  You're starting to look like a lock for a 6"er down there. LAF making 6"ers look easy the past several years.   :sled:

Yes indeed.

Spotter reported 2.8" at Purdue a half hour ago, which seems about right.

5.5" thus far. Another inch or two looking golden, nice +SN band moving in from Danville.

6" looks like a lock for LAF. Hoosier FTW before he changed his mind yesterday. lol

3.2" here at 7 AM. I had been telling everybody we'd get 6" here even thought the models shifted slightly south with the heaviest amounts. I was hoping ratios would work in my favor. Alas, 10:1. Maybe I can sneak my way to 5". We'll see.

I think you cracked 3" and not just barely ;)

I had to get one pessimistic post in there.  :fever:

Easily over 6" at this point, that weenie band dropped a quick half inch over the last 30 minutes. Radar starting to look a little sparse upstream, so we might not quite make it to 7".

Yeah, these bands doing work. If we get some fill in on ILX's radar, which looks like it's trying to happen west/west-northwest of SPI, we might have a shot at 7"....maybe 8" if everything goes well.

Solid reports there.

8"... quite optimistic. LAF is at +SN again...

Flake size down quite a bit. Still a great morning to stand in front of the window with a cup of coffee :)

It's a bad winter when the best snow happens in meteorological spring.

Part of this one was in met winter.  :P

It's a reach, but why not shoot for the stars at this point. :D

Nice weenie band forming from SPI to CMI. Could be good for you LAF south siders.

Hopefully. :guitar:

Noticed there was specks of 30+ dbz that went overhead from the earlier bouts of +SN.

And...we've got a car stuck in the lot here. Stamps this as a solid LAF snowstorm. :D
