Even a little steady snow can make the mood better....all the older snowpack showing through whats left of the sublimented inch or so from the other day is all freshened up and the big crust piles/snow banks....feels like winter with steady snow and temp down to 12.6F.

 

Roads are all totally covered. Take what we can in the current dryness.

The ratio of this snow must be like 30:1... it's so incredibly dry.

 

 

Doubt it. Snow growth is pretty awful. The first few tenths might be pretty high ratio, but these types of flakes have no ability to stand on eachother, so once it gets over a half inch or so or an inch, it compresses quickly.

We still only have a dusting here, and it's one of the driest snows I've ever seen.
