Chicago WX
Pretty simple snowfall contest for the Central/Western forum. Below are 20 locations with their 1981-10 normal snowfall for November 1 through March 31, save for Ottawa and Toronto which are the 1971-00 normals. You have 3 choices...pick either over, under, or tie for all 20 locations for total snowfall from November 1, 2011 to March 31, 2012. Scoring will be simple, the most correct guesses will win. Note there are also 4 tiebreaker questions at the bottom. Deadline is November 1, 2011 at 12:00 AM ET. Prizes may be awarded...not sure on that part yet. Thunder Road
Probably too late to change but since it's rather difficult for a seasonal total to hit the climo average dead on, why not have a +/- 1" range for "tie"? Otherwise I wouldn't put tie for any of them, since it's so unlikely that we actually get an official tie.
