2 to 3 inches a couple miles to the east of Pottsville where I pick up my coal. I got stuck trying to get up the one hill on the haul road and am now waiting for the loader to clear it off. Wish I could attach the pic I took.

There was a report of 5+" yesterday on the west end of Schuylkill County (over west of 81 along 209). Congrats on the bonus LES.

Guest Patrick

A 95-96 repeat would be difficult to do, considering that by late December 1995 we already had 3 accumulating snowfalls within the NYC metro and NJ burbs. Not saying it is impossible, especially if the Nina is indeed weakening, it is just unlikely. The more likely scenario is powerful la Nina = la nada for most of the winter. Sure, we always have the chance of threading the needle, but many here have been spoiled by the past two decades. It is quite possible that the NYC/NJ region escape this winter with <20 inches of snow.

Go read about winter 95-96 and you will change your opinion.
