Noisy storm down here in Charlottesville.

Picked up my shot on Thursday. There were open appointments down in North Carolina so I sent a message to the clinic there and they were enthusiastic about getting more shots in arms, so I went. No reaction other than a slightly sore arm.

Beer still tastes too much like beer. I can definitely taste the nectarine though, which is an improvement!

I’m hoping so, haha. I’ve only been fiddling around with it for 45 minutes but it seems very useful, especially for a desktop radar. Something about RadarScope’s radar still looks more visually appealing to me but I’m trying to shift the GRLevel3 radars to use the same color table. Looks like there is also cool GIS stuff to be done with GRLevel3. Lots of potential fun to be had. I’m excited to own it.

Just bought GRLevel3. Life changed. Ready for severe season with the dual monitor setup.

Tangerines are the correct answer. Or a really crisp apple. Dried and really sugary mango is super addicting, but I barely count that as a fruit.

For sure, and people always need to remember that politicians always under-promise, e.g, we’ve well exceeded the target for getting 100,000,000 vaccinations done. In all likelihood, the timeline will be quicker than near-normalcy by July 4th but you don’t want to promise normalcy by May and be wrong.

Just throwing this out there to anyone here who might be interested: there is a vaccine site in Danville, VA that is actively asking people to drive down, no appointment or pre-existing conditions needed. Basically half of UVA is there and I *might* cave and go down since it seems they really do have a surplus and are advertising it. If anyone wants the details, let me know. Definitely still trying to acquire the taste. Have had a wide sampling of light beers but they are good for nothing but beer pong and being a last resort option. Hard cider, cocktails, mixed drinks, all much better. I'd like to eventually acquire the taste though!
