    Based on radar it looks like DC and places just south will wake up to a “surprise” trace if not something measurable, if only slightly.

    Thanks guys! Just want to avoid literally posting multiple comments in a row, haha. Anyways, we have to be close to 3”. I’m a cruddy measurer and my ruler is less than ideal (why make a ruler that doesn’t start at the bottom?) but I’d say we’re just short for the time being.

    I am cognizant of posting too much in here but wanted to pop back in and say it’s dumping and has been under the yellows. 3” within the next hour seems reasonable if we can keep it up.

    Radar is heating up again to my west. Lull looks to be ending. Hoping to push it to 3". If it keeps snowing until 3:00am, I have a good excuse to stay up and watch WandaVision, haha.

    Lol i actually post alot of 500mb maps on my page and nobody knows what they mean besides wow look at the nice colors. I even posted a sounding yesterday lol. And thats scary about the spinoff. I never wanted the page to get like that. It was originally for family and friends you should start selling merch!

    Yellows seem to be approaching. Too bad Blacksburg radar is down... makes it hard to tell what’s coming down the pike. Seems like 2” should be an easy goal. Willed this one back north just enough for MBY.

    I'm just basing it off the HRRR. I don't try and do radar extraps -- not smart enough. I'll let the computers tell me what to think! Anyways... .8" seems like a fair number for my yard.
