I’ve already figured winter won’t start in earnest until mid to late January so there’s some runway for this winter, but I’m prepared to delete my account if I have to deal with the torture of watching this subforum breathlessly chase epic 10 day patterns again. Just can’t do it anymore.

    12 years ago. Connecticut has 1888, 1978, and 2013 in the Parthenon of all-time blizzards, but the impact of October 2011 is easily on par with those three here.

    After last year, I presume a cut can happen any pattern configuration. I know in unlikely to get it but honestly just a normal temp winter would be wonderful. I’m tired of torches. Warm maxes and warm lows.
