  4. Awesome, thanks for the explanation! Hoping to get some good stuff out on the high plains tomorrow.

  6. The under the radar days outperform the big risk days lol
  7. Please cease and desist posting anything from that putrid excuse of a “winter”. It’s literally making me ill and enraged. Thanks in advance.
  8. Maybe it's because it reminds me of my childhood, but I love watching the fireflies in the backyard at night. Been here a few weeks now.
  9. You have some of the best stories on this site Euro too. They’ve both been mostly awful here imo.
  10. Euro had a 96 hour forecast for over 4” of rain here. Yeah that didn’t work out
  11. Not looking good for regeneration chances.
  12. That was an all-timer. On par with ‘78 in localized impact, which is insane in 2022. Wish I could have been there.
  13. When storms were storms. Probably got sucker holed in that one too The thing about this area is that we can get a variety of wx types. We can do tropical, blizzards, severe, flash flooding, heat & cold, but there’s not something that we truly excel at frequently enough (anymore) that someone can say that’s our specialty. I hear the blizzard argument, but they’re rarely as crippling on a region wide basis as some of the wound up monsters out west, even though those areas are getting a dusting compared to what we can get, and if we’re being honest, we’re slipping (at least in SNE) in even having winter months be wintry in the last half decade. Nothing is like big LES. Nothing.
