Snowing heavy this morning with about an inch of snow on the ground. Hard to tell because the wind is ripping. Current temp is 25 degrees.

Yeah it feels like spring today. An absolutely beautiful day. Its a nice little reprieve from the cold wet conditions.

The GFS, EURO, and NAM all show us getting a bit of snow coming in tomorrow night through Thursday morning. Currently im going with 1 to 3 inches lower elevations and 2 to 4 inches above 3500 feet. I think this will be a wind driven snow and temps are going to crash big time. The highs from Wednesday to Thursday are going to be 20 to 30 degrees different. Most of the higher elevations won't get out of the 20s for highs Thursday and the rest of everyone else will likely be around freezing.

We had several storms run through here last night. I know in winter the ol saying is thunder and snow on the ground within 10 days.

Yeah early this morning I had ice right at 31 degrees. It currently is 38 here.

You want to get off at the J. Creek exit in Haywood county. It is exit 20.

Moderate snow here in Canton this morning. Roads were snow covered for the most part going into work. This is a heavy wet snow that fell here. Great for snow ball making.

Just measured 2 inches of snow here and still snowing. Current temp of 24 degrees.

Only got a quarter of an inch at the house. But it was nice to see it snow. More coming in tonight into tomorrow morning. Maybe another 1 to 3 inches up in the favored areas. I think this will be more of a NW flow snow.

Yeah since the snow has come in the temp has really fallen off

Well it is hammering in town. Very low ceiling at the moment. Seems like this snow is coming in a squall.
