  1. The other day I was thinking to myself if all Springs really sucked here or are we just in a bad stretch. I’ve begun to hate Spring as much as Winter.
  2. It’s also very likely that LGA is the northernmost site in the country with a month averaging 80°F or better. Redding Municipal Airport (40.51°N) in California is a bit warmer with a 15-year mean of 83.4°F, but LGA (40.78°N) is positioned slightly further north. KRDD’s latitude would put it near the southern tip of Staten Island.
  3. 71 here, sky just cleared out so it should go higher.
  4. 69 and overcast here. Getting sick of LI being 10 degrees cooler than NJ on warm days. Summer can’t come soon enough.
  5. Topped out at 76 here. That 80 in March holds as the highest temp of the year so far here.
  6. 74 here. I was expecting mid 70’s at best but we’ll see.
  7. Half clear, half cloudy, temp is 60.
  8. Everyone seems to be having a terrible allergy season but I’m not, and I’ve always suffered tremendously from seasonal allergies. I’ve been sneezing more than normal but that’s about it. I think my immune system quit.
  9. When I saw the upgrade to slight risk include Long Island I knew to temper my expectations. The bar for anything decent here is already in hell, but that’s almost always a kiss of death. 0.20”. No wild temp swings here, just a gradual descent, currently 42.
  10. I’ve still never seen hail in my life. Will I today? Probably not. 58 and mostly cloudy here with occasional breaks of sunshine.
  11. Heat Indices have been surpassing 100 quite a bit the past few summers. Anyway, these clouds are a PITA. 70 would’ve been a guarantee if it had stayed sunny for a bit longer, high was 67.
  12. 0.10” so far. Nuisance “rain”.
  13. It’s been sunny for nearly 2 hours so far, wasn’t expecting that at all today. Temp up to 63 now.
  14. 71/45 split here. Clear skies. Perfect April day.
  15. Low of 31 here. Currently 36. I’m deeply offended.
  16. It really poured here, rates at an inch per hour at times. Over an inch so far. Foggy now.
  17. Just had a nice long rumble of thunder here, might be the first one this year.
  18. Down to 63 now after a high of 80. Feels like late May/early June.
  19. Very tight gradient between areas near 80 and areas near 70 on wunderground. Warmth still hasn't reached ISP. Winds are roaring now.
  20. 72 and rising here, 80 me please. Edit: 80. This has to be one of the most rapid non-precip induced temp changes I’ve seen.
