Another wave hitting, wind currently stronger than when we lost trees and limbs with the storm Monday. Rain is probably 3in per hour right now.

This line means business. Super heavy rain, big time wind. Most of Campbell County is without power now and is flooding. If this hits the areas already flooded from earlier, it will be catastrophic.

Rain has started here from another development in advance of the line, but I think you guys will really get even worse tonight as this line in Kentucky drifts down. Looks like it's going to really gel over your area and you may get another couple inches. The storm you've been under was a bonus storm basically. These storms are a result of a front and upper low well to our north. They are moving really slow and with these dew points and precipatable water values around 2 inches, you are seeing the result. I won't be shocked if you end up with 4-6 inches of rain by morning.

The lightning is crazy looking south and north from here. That cell appears to have 2-3 strikes per second.

Rainy streak continues. Absolute drencher rolling through right now.

Had another shower this afternoon. Mowing is becoming impossible. It's constantly wet and growing 3x normal speed.

Ended up losing some big limbs and one large tree with that one. I'd say we probably touched severe levels with the wind but it was brief.

Second round of rain today, this one is extremely heavy with some strong winds. Nothing severe at all, barely any thunder.

Real heavy soaker moved over with some pretty good lightning and wind. Looks like some more upstream if it holds together.

The QBR at 30mb continued it's rapid rise, moving from -26 to +0.39. So we will probably see a rising QBO throughout winter. Not ideal but not a death sentence either. It may stay positive but should be falling again by winter 2023-24.

More epic rain fall this evening. Quite a light show as well. No hail but some strong winds here.

Flood advisory upgraded to a Flash Flood Warning. Seeing pictures of huge rocks in roads, washed away roads, a large boat in the road etc etc,

No sooner do I post that than a flood advisory was issued. Raining moderately still but backed off from the deluge earlier.

That was a very heavy rain storm. Some 3+ inch totals in the last three hours. Big time flash flooding underway here with several impassable roads. No flood advisory or warning issued but very much need one. 5.86 inches of rain in the last 3 days here.

Back in rain forest mode with rain 8 of the last 9 days. Another storm with lots of lightning and heavy rain underway right now. That's the third round today of heavy rain.

Another very rainy evening. July is looking like many months the last several years where we may run at double digit rainfall totals. Over 6 inches for the month already with rain falling 7 of the 8 days of the month.

Looks like some rain close to you, hopefully it drifts way. I was getting skipped in June for a while myself.

Thats a shame. I was hoping we were all getting rain out of these. It's still raining here. Has been for 4 hours now.

Extremely heavy rain this morning and again now. Very windy storm with drenching rain moving through. This storm will probably put me over 5 inches for July as heavy as it's raining right now.

Looks like Clinton got today what Powell got yesterday. My friend who lives close to downtown Clinton posted photos of large trees down and power poles snapped in half on her street.

About to get another round. Once again, a lot of thunder and lightning with them.

Had a heavy shower and a lot of thunder. Once the storm rolled into the Valley it became warned for large hail.

Storms are firing again and the thunder is almost non-stop again. Not raining here yet but they are close. Hopefully we get the rain and not the big power outages from yesterday. Also a friend in Powell got golfball sized hail yesterday. Was wondering if @PowellVolzgot any of that action.

Crazy amounts of Thunder with these storms. It's just non stop off to my south right now. There's not a 5 second gap where the thunder isn't rolling.

That was a pretty good storm. Second round of rain today. Looks like the one in Scott County might be building this way too but it may stick West of here.
