    Wife and I are trying to go to the Berks soon. Was thinking about this weekend but maybe next weekend would be better if they end up getting pummeled with this storm . Wish we could be there for the storm but sadly we can only do weekends.

    Just traveled from plainville to Milford myself. Plainville was snow/sleet with accumulation on roads/all surfaces. By the time I was in Southington there was no longer any accumulation. Turned to rain right after the tunnel in Hamden on the Merritt.

    5 inches on the dot in Milford. In line with my expectations of around 6 inches. Just happy it looks like winter out there for a change.

    Definitely weaker with the primary which is really nice to see. Could just be a fluke run though.

    NAM now shows snow for most of the area later Saturday and into the nighttime . It’s actually kinda comical looking at hr 54 between the 12z and 18z NAM

    Figures that primary will hold on longer. Feel like that always happens.

    Considering I have .8 inches of snow for the season what these models are showing will feel historic to me lol

    GFS is 35F here Thursday afternoon while 3kNAM is 65F with sun . It’s ain’t going to snow so we might as well torch.

    Some of the mesos seem to be picking up on this. Worth keeping an eye on at the very least.

    NAM wants to give SNE 1-3 inches of snow tomorrow morning lol

    You know winter is bad when it’s the middle of February and we are discussing high vs low clouds or whether it will hit 50 on both weekend days or not. Ugh.
