  1. Gotta love April in New England:
  2. Quite the snow squall the 3k NAM is advertising. Any chance this makes it all the way east?
  3. 61F and nothing but blue skies. Perfect March day.
  4. Let’s just make this happen instead:
  5. Coming down real good suddenly. Temp dropped all the way to 34 as well. Still doubt it sticks but at least this isn’t white rain.
  6. Transitioning to mostly snow now under this heavier band. Not enough to stick though.
  7. Mix of rain/sleet and some snowflakes. Bleh. Temp of 36F probably doesn’t help.
  8. Probably a huge mistake but seeing the NAM and even the HRRR has me slightly interested in this again.
  9. I’ve already given up on this storm, but it seems like the past few years we have had multiple storms end up becoming elongated or “chasing convection” . Wouldn’t surprise me if that happens here again.
  10. Gonna be 35 and rain here while Litchfield county gets 2 feet. That’s my guess at least. Certainly has happened before.
  11. Don’t even want to ask what the “on the water” totals would be lol
  12. Man I don’t even know if I should be excited about this one or not. Track seems pretty decent but those thermals are marginal. Something to track at least.
  13. Honestly not expecting more than snow showers at the end of this storm in my area.
  14. Ugh those surface temps are brutal. Not going to cut it for coastal areas.
  15. Lol when has severe weather ever been easy to come by in New England?
  16. Wife and I are trying to go to the Berks soon. Was thinking about this weekend but maybe next weekend would be better if they end up getting pummeled with this storm . Wish we could be there for the storm but sadly we can only do weekends.
  17. Anyone in CT get anything at all? Or did it miss CT entirely?
  18. Just traveled from plainville to Milford myself. Plainville was snow/sleet with accumulation on roads/all surfaces. By the time I was in Southington there was no longer any accumulation. Turned to rain right after the tunnel in Hamden on the Merritt.
  19. .9 inches here? Seems accurate to me.
  20. Just have to wish this into existence:
  21. 5 inches on the dot in Milford. In line with my expectations of around 6 inches. Just happy it looks like winter out there for a change.
