  1. There has basically been 0 snow for even mountain peaks like Beech and Mitchell. No NWFS. Nada. One of the least snowy November/Decembers I have ever seen.
  2. I know. January is about to be warm too, at least the first half
  3. The week after Christmas looks torchy too. Have to be some monthly records going down
  4. This winter looks like a lame duck to me. The PNA is killing us and there is no subtropical jet. I expect warmer and dry conditions to persist through the winter. At least we haven't had a lot of CAD wedges, drizzle and cold rain. Give me 60s and 70s if no snow.
  5. So far this winter has been so boring, having a big frost seems like a win
  6. We got no rain today and probably won't get any until the weekend. The models are all over the place for the weekend system.
  7. It may be 5° above average or more for December... And now the Euro is backing off rain next week which is not good
  8. Hard to get the warm and fuzzies about snow chances this winter with this pattern, La Nina, etc. Hope I'm wrong
  9. We also have a fire on Pogue mountain between Glenwood and Nebo south of I 40.
  10. Got down to 22 last night. Already 31 tonight. Gonna be some big differences between lows and highs next few days. Looks snowless through mid December at least.
  11. Yea this upcoming pattern looks incredibly boring and nina-ish
  12. 25 here last night. Beautiful Thanksgiving day! I feel like we have been blessed with good weather on holidays lately.
  13. Haha I thought I was the anti Shetley. Sunday is looking a little interesting on the Euro with some southern stream energy coming in about the same time as the next front/clipper.
  14. It's starting to get a little dry here and definitelt dry east of us. If this pattern continues it could be bad later on
  15. 20 here, we have been below 25 about 7 nights already which is pretty good for November
  16. 23 here. We are almost at our coldest of the season
  17. The NOAA temperature outlook for winter is about as bad as it gets unfortunately.
  18. 29 here for our coldest night of the season as well. Clouds pulled out just in time. Northwest flow areas look to cash in early next week if Euro is right
  19. You really can't. This reel is at least 7 years old and works like a dream.
