    I saw just south of the VA line there were 3 tornado warnings earlier. Was wondering how it was on the Outer Banks, thanks for sharing. Any waterspouts by chance?

    This storm near tappahannock VA, is that a possible tornado there, or is it just some weird radar thing?

    This storm’s really about to miss to the west... I though it’d go east.

    There’s still been no rain here recently, other than the pavement wetter the day before yesterday I think it was. Home on the other hand has had much more rain, and a STW right now. Maybe I’ll get something here in a bit, but not too enthusiastic. T: 75° DP: 71°

    That line probably won’t make it here until 2am, if it does at all. There was enough rain to make the pavement wet earlier this afternoon. I’m afraid it won’t rain much later if we miss this here, but I guess time will tell...

    Everything is going south of me. That same dang area south of Charlottesville is getting rain almost every friggin day.

    Nice storm with a Thunderstorm warning on it at the moment. Not bad for a Wednesday.

    Finally some rain. It’s been like 4 hours of thunder so far.

    No no no... Richmond gets slammed and NoVA gets missed. It will be one of those events.

    Wait... if they’re on top of the existing grates, how does it make the grill run hotter? More mass? More metal contact?

    Definitely a tropical storm. Not expecting to lose power, but I’m charged up. Gusts have been decent, raining pretty well, fireflies are still out there too. Kinda scared for the car because it’s under pine trees, and there isn’t anywhere else that isn't. Should be okay though. Decent early season snack storm.

    Not been too hectic yet. I guess the gusts are getting a bit stronger when they happen. Maybe this will interrupt dinner or something...

    It seems like a lot of the precip will go west of me in the NNK, but not sure. Let’s see how east it comes.

    There seemed to be some smoke in the air here in the northern neck earlier. Think something not too far away was burning.
