    Radar looks like its filling in over southern NJ right now. Precip is now coming out of the NW instead of the NE

    I remember yesterday foolishly thinking that because the winds were turning out of the NE earlier than I thought, that I'd stay snow longer. It changed over to sleet then rain 6 hours earlier than I thought it would.

    Can't tell if its sleeting or snowing. Looks like I am right under the 700 mb low because I see a localized band moving NW to SE

    Per latest mesoanalysis the 850 0C line has collapsed further SE and is just barely above me now.

    The GFS and the CMC both show a potential for a squall line followed by extremely cold temperatures. Then after that they also both show a cold powder storm at D9.

    Yeah what the hell was I expecting? 6 inches on the backside? I shoulda known that it never snows more than 2 inches on the eastern shore. It'll be 95 degrees by May 32nd

    That band pivoting towards NE MD should end up going due south instead of SW over the next few hours, I hope it reaches here but I am doubtful

    That's a south shift if I ever seen one on the GFS.

    I can tell the column is crashing on radar. I can see splotches of blue over Centreville MD, eastern shore.

    That's just the general pattern going forward, and yes it does look cold and dry somewhat but the mean skews/washes out any PNA spike or brief relaxation in the block. The biggest plus in that map is we will actually have a real cold air source. It's game on essentially
