Last time I played a round was at St Andrews. I remember my first drive landing right in the fairway on the Old Course. It could have been better only had I been playing the Old Course and not the course next to it. Great fun even though I managed to lose enough balls into the sea, gorse and ponds that when I found some kids who were fishing balls out of a pond and I bought some from them so I could finish the round.

I have the week off and with it being a nice cool day, I went in the yard to do some weeding and other jobs. My labradors stirred up some wasps, I think each got a sting. I got stung about 10 times on my legs. Spent the rest of the afternoon icing the bites down and napping by the TV.

We lost power for about 6 hours at home. A really good drink- maybe 1.5 to 2 inches based on the nearby Davis stations but 2 went offline with the power issues. Drive home was white knuckle due to the wind, rain, hydroplaining and occassional branch in the road.
