    Ironically the Accuweather Long Term predicted this kind of spring Frankly, with the weather changes over the last 20 years, you have a good probability that the summer is going to be HOT. And that the heat will extend thru Sept. With those odds, I will take as much cool spring weather as I can get. Ironically, June is one of our months least affected by “warming” over the last 20 years Enjoy it guys

    A lot of the pilots that had houses in Long Beach are selling them off. The mandated raising of houses for insurance and the ridiculous expense and time to do it are turning people off. You’re best if you are a newcomer and could go and buy a raised house...but you pay a premium

    I’m up in Westchester it’s starting to stick to the cars...But mainly just wet on cement it’s too warm as of yet Cant be a good story in the city now. 2 hours of wasted snow and counting. Better hope for banding if you are surrounded by cement 33F

    There was a week in mid January in the mid to late 2000s where we had several snows in a row that began to pile up. That was the last time I remember this. And for record, tomorrow will be day 4 of snow for anyone N or W of the mid Bronx

    There is a line in mid March where snow turns to heavy, wet slop. The first 10 days or so you can get around that. Today, for instance, looks and feels like a winter morning. But, the end is near...The last two mornings looked and felt like with winter mornings...but then the sun came out

    The 2 inches from yesterday melted in sunny areas...sun angle. As long as you measure in those spots you are okay. As for boros, there was little to no snow on ground last night...so what they measure should be what they get.
