Well at least as of right now we have something to look at and track,,,,,,,,,60's and rain does not do it for me in Jan and Feb so give me this look even if it is 4 plus days away and I will take it !
I am looking at the radar but hard to tell how far north those heavier bands are actually getting,,,,,,anyone know the answer ? BTW once it began it never stopped snowing here in New City and it is just now starting to stick on surfaces that were treated / in the street on the blacktop
Those darker " red " colors are getting awfully close to my area on the radar = safe to say pleasantly surprised as light snow is still falling in New City with an encouraging looking radar " thus far "
Maybe one of the more knowledgeable fellows or ladies can chime in on why I am seeing lite snow 20 miles North of the GW Bridge right now and again snow flakes are falling here
I don't want to start any trouble but I myself did not expect to see flakes falling here in New City as they currently are right now at 830am. I have been watching the radar and I thought for sure I was looking at virga but light snow is falling in New City outside my window ,,,,,that is all
