Lol. Its all relative. Other than the wind, I will take this weather over the 85-90 we could be easily be dealing with at this time. Also wouldn't mind a bit of rain. Dw, a stretch of 70s and low 80s is on the way, with some humidity. I would be totally content if we don't sniff 90 for another month.

I am more of B & B fan, but wanted to try the cold brew coffee version of Jager, and it is quite a bit cheaper. It is actually very good.. the original is a bit too licorice heavy for me.

Where are all the happy hour drinkers? Decided to do a shot of Jager cold brew coffee, right out of the freezer ofc. Normally only drink digestifs as a night cap, but felt like starting off with a little bang.

Yaaay wind. Over performed again. Must be gusts to 40. Tree debris everywhere again. Living in the woods is fun. Can also see how dry its become- lots of blowing dust and dirt from the fields driving home. At least there was some sun much of the day. High was 66. Down to 63 now with clouds moving in.

As that high builds southward today and with Arthur offshore, the winds are going to really pick up here. Gusts to 30 in the forecast. Also looks like any clouds that build throughout the day should be mostly cirrus, so probably will see a decent amount of sun.

Mostly clear skies and 51 as the sun comes up. Pretty morning. Looks like the first part of the day will feature some sun at least.

That was my point/click forecast. Its been adjusted to mostly cloudy for today now. Either way with that strong high to the NE and a stiff ENE wind, it can absolutely keep temps in the 60s here even with some sun. In the urbanized areas further inland, probably not.

Tomorrow looks like the nicest day of the week. Partly sunny and mid 60s. No complaints here if that materializes.

59 here. Looking forward to a cool and mostly dry week. Hopefully some sunny periods mixed in. Could use a little rain, but I already broke out the sprinkler lol.

I generally buy 2-3 year old vehicles. Bang for the buck and still like new.

Honestly looking forward to a week of temps 65-70, with a nice breeze, and little chance of rain. Yank another week off the calendar without subtropical warmth and humidity.

Pretty good overview of the sensible weather this week for the region from Mount Holly. We shall see about the chances for rain later in the week/weekend. Pretty iffy imo.

I am back to going into work after working at home for a month. My summer vacation period is generally late June into early August. Hopefully things will get more back towards normal in another month or so.

The place I go to find beers that a lot of other places don't have is Atlantic Liquors in Rehoboth. If it exists, they have it. I am in withdrawal from going down there, and going to all the cool places like DFH etc. I usually head down there 3-4 times in winter and and about the same in summer. Have not been since just after Xmas. Hopefully in another month.

The only brown I absolutely loved was Founders Sumatra Mountain Brown, brewed with Sumatra coffee. An Imperial ale, at 9% I think. Was more like a coffee stout. Loved that beer, but have not seen it in a couple years. Not sure they make it anymore. Love to find a stash of that somewhere.

Whats the abv? That sounds like something I would like. I am not a big fan of brown ales, but love the high gravity stuff that leans towards a barley wine.

Long and hot is pretty much a given in this area every summer, to varying degrees. Hopefully it wont be bone dry as well.

I believe May 8 was the last time measurable rain occurred here. Going on 10 days of dry, and not much of a chance this week either.

Beginning Friday, GEFS has highs in the 70s to low 80s straight through the end of the run, which is June 1.
