  1. I'm a big fan of RAR. I probably should try a sour from them.
  2. Picked up a 4 pack of Hazelnut Mocha Latte imperial stout from True Respite. I'll be into one of those here shortly.
  3. Not a big Sour fan, but the Key Lime Pie is intriguing.
  4. I just bought plants yesterday for my deck, but didn't pot them yet so I can bring those in. The ones out in the yard I will just cover.
  5. I normally don't until early May, but it literally looked and felt like we were in Spring by mid February. I planted some annuals just a week or so ago. I shall have to cover up a few of my "tender plants" I suppose.
  6. Just hoping for another random bomb cyclone I can chase.
  7. Anyone watching Westworld? It's like a completely different show this season, but I am living for it.
  8. 36 with some snowflakes mixed in here.

As long as people don't create an alcohol shortage, like they did with TP, we might all make it through this with our sanity.

Yup. People better get used to social distancing/gloves/masks. It is the new normal. A vaccine is probably a year away. Forget sports, concerts etc. Not happening.
  13. Can Happy Hour start at 2 today?
  14. Did you see Lamar's new tat? I am not a big fan of tattoos over large areas of the body, and his in particular is, eh, kinda gaudy looking. To each their own though. Hope he is happy with it later in life lol.

"Here" now? lol. Considering that approximately 100% of those who post on the politics forum come from this weather forum, this is hardly a revelation.
  16. Sorry to interrupt all the April snow fantasies, but I have an announcement to make. The official rainfall total for my yard is 1.45". Carry on!
  17. Was a pretty ordinary storm with heavy rain and some gusty winds here. If there was rotation it was just NE of me. If you look closely you can see a turkey buzzard gliding out in front.
  18. I was down at the end of my driveway taking a few shots of it approaching when the warning alert came across lol. Then a lightning bolt had be "running" back up the driveway in flip flops.
  19. Had a power outage for over an hour. Wind has been impressive here- a pretty large branch fell across my driveway. Really gusting out there now. 1.05" of rain this morning, and the temp is up to 69 with a dp of 64. Juicy out there.

Tree damage and power outages may occur with these stronger wind gusts.
  21. Yup it feels legit humid out there now. Temp is up to 68 here.
  22. Already had a power outage here for an hour +, and the wind is really gusting again now. It had calmed down a bit when the rain stopped earlier.
  23. Probably right on the leading edge of the dry slot. It's going to be an interesting day with the trees and power lines.
  24. 0.80" so far. The overnight rain here was mostly light to moderate. Much heavier this morning, and is associated with the warm front lifting through plus some vorticity aloft.
