  1. Vice Regent gets disparaged here all the time for his views and outlandish posts, and I kinda doubt he is a conservative.
  2. Not sure what "having ones head up their ass" has to do with conservatives specifically. Doesn't it mean 'being oblivious to what is happening around you'? In my experience, that is not limited to any particular political affiliation. I might be wrong, but I don't think PSU was directing that post at all conservatives, but rather a few posters who continue to make silly arguments about COVID, with little or no supporting data.
  3. May. It will begin again March 30, 2021.
  4. WWS is one of my go to stouts. I drink that probably more than anything. Love it.
  5. Ever try Raison D'Extra? Its a Belgian dark and is also superb. 15-17%. Another high gravity one I love is Fruit-full Fort. They make some really good high gravity ales, and that is my thing.
  6. Give it a shot. It is totally unique. And boozy ofc. Gives you one hell of a nice buzz. Only takes one. Drink 2 and you will probably be in bed lol.
  7. Yeah cardinals and blue jays have been a pain in the ass here. They become obsessed with their reflection. Had a male cardinal here all last summer. They shit everywhere if you cant scare them off. I get those big woodpeckers flying full force into the windows sometimes. Talk about a loud bang. Always amazes me the windows dont break.
  8. My eye went to the alloy wheels. But that floor is slick looking.
  9. I get that all the time into my big right triangle windows. Killed plenty of birds over the years. Stunned quite a few others.
  10. Its going to be hard to find so look for it asap. They only brew it a couple times a year. It is insanely hoppy but you don't notice it because it has a shit ton of malt(thus the very high abv) to balance it. So you will like that. It is a sipper for sure.
  11. 60 and 90 are pretty similar. 90 is better imo. 120 is a different beast altogether. Be prepared for a totally different experience- a very good one.
  12. To each their own ofc, but DFH 120 min IPA has to be one of the best beers ever brewed. Top 5 for me, and well worth 9 bucks a bottle. I only wish I could take their advice, and let one age a year or 2. So far that endeavor has been a complete fail. Several times.

    COVID-19 Talk

I think most people would like to get back to "normal", but that simply isn't going to happen immediately, outside of ass backwards places like Georgia. So it seems you will just have to be patient. You are solidly in the minority on this. If the model projections are close to correct, the process could begin (in phases) by the end of May, IMO.
  17. No freeze this time. As I suspected, it stayed quite breezy. Low of 36. Bring on the soaking rains.
  18. Maybe. And lets hope we can actually have a season.
  19. Might be a tad wet over the next 5 days..
  20. So Brady has his security blanket back. Not sure what the hell Gronk has left. Last time he was on the field he looked like a stiff.
  21. I did it a week or so ago. LOL 3 freeze warnings since. It felt like Spring so early this year. Guess I got lulled into it.. I covered em' again. THIS should be the last time.

    COVID-19 Talk

Most states have a criteria for when to begin the stepwise process for "reopening". In MD and probably VA as well, it will likely begin around June 1, IMO. That is based on the current data and modeled projections, and hopefully adequate testing resources.

The models continually adjust to real time data, and factored into the projections are continuation of the measures that are in place for specific time periods, including stay at home orders and general social distancing. I am sure you know this, but there are "suggestions" in this post to the contrary.
