  1. As i have said here before, the 120 bears little resemblance to the 90. The 60 and 90 are fairly similar, but the 90 is better though imo. Going to the 120 from there puts you in a different world. Its a good world, though.
  2. Make a stop at that place I told you about on Kent Island next week on your way to RAR. You can pick it up there, among lots of other good stuff.
  3. Yeah I gotta go with the 120 too, but I really like the Raison. Odd to compare them, as one is an IPA, the other a dark Belgian. But there are notable similarities, and the 120 is not your ordinary IPA, not by a long shot. The WWS is hard to beat if you are into a high gravity stout. I am way into the HG sippers in general.
  4. DFH Raison D'Extra Stuff is so good. Love the smell. Its like a dark fruit version of the 120. Might sound weird, but if you like the 120, you might like this better.
  5. Liquor store on Kent Island called The Winery has a nice selection of craft beers, and a bunch of singles to build your own 6 pack. That's where I got my DFH high gravity trifecta the other day. They also keep a few local beers on tap you can get via growler.
  6. So far I am doing well saving my high gravity DFH triplets. More KBS for happy hour today..
  7. Well, you know. Its how we roll.
  8. By the time the rain finally made it here, it got picked up by that southern wave and was in and out of here quick. Rained pretty hard but only lasted 3 hours. Still picked up 0.85", and that was plenty. Hopefully tomorrow delivers. Looks like the potential for a perfect early May day. Then maybe again on Monday.
  9. It was sunny and dry all day here yesterday until late afternoon. Ofc the wind was blowing 55 mph and tree crap was flying all over the place..
  10. I just realized. Still feels like April. March even.
  11. There is a slight chance of showers in the forecast, and the mesos basically had/have that area of rain disintegrating. Guess I will find out lol.
  12. Lol pouring here all of a sudden. Where did this come from?
  13. Wasn't expecting to see sun on the western horizon already. Huge over-performer with the wind. Major under-performer with the rain. 0.85" with a forecast of 2 inches+ That said I really didn't need the rain here. 5.6" is plenty for the month, following a wet March. Wont be able to buy a third of these amounts by July.
  14. Mount Holly says- Heaviest rain for most of the region should be through late this afternoon through the first half of this evening as the plume moves through ahead of the front. It hasn`t been moving very fast but as shortwave energy moves up the coast by the 21-0z time frame this should help the band become more progressive and kick it eastward through this evening. The heaviest rain should then be mostly east of the forecast area by the overnight period as the cold front moves through. We are still forecasting rain amounts mainly in the 1.5 to 2.5 inch range but since the rain has been a bit slower to move in than forecast and may move out a bit quicker this evening this could potentially cut amounts down a bit. Yup. as I just said. The heavier amounts will likely not verify in eastern areas.
  15. Pouring now. Looks like this has sped up some looking at radar. Might see an inch out of this, but the rain shield is definitely progressing eastward at a faster clip compared to the crawl that was going on all day to my west.
  16. Moving parallel to the front. Slowww progression. The wind has been the story here. Not a fan, but it was impressive in the warm sector ahead of the front. Lots of crap to clean up over the next couple days.
  17. Just poured a Founders KBS.
  18. Rain just got going here in the last hour. That squall line is on the doorstep now.
  19. There were some 50 mph gusts here that day but not as persistent as today. It was worse up this way over in Delaware. Probably is today too. Would not be surprised to see reports of over 60.
  20. Its actually interesting here being in the woods. You can really get a sense of the strong winds aloft mixing down. Can literally hear the roar up at the the tops of the trees and see them moving violently. I am getting debris in my yard from types of trees I don't have anywhere near the house. My driveway is a mess of branches.
  21. I cant remember having wind like this since the last legit tropical remnants came through. Irene maybe?
  22. Wind has gotten insane here. Big oak tree just went down on the lot next door. It wasn't healthy but still. Lots of small branches and debris coming down everywhere.
  23. Just super windy here. Lots of sun. 72! I dont expect any rain here until probably late afternoon.
