It's because they are going by guidance. This is the benefit of putting in the work all summer and fall to develop your own seasonal paradigm...are you right 100% of the time? God, no....but you become more adept at thinking critically and aren't enslaved to capricious and inaccurate long range guidance. When you are wrong, you grow from it if you put in the effort to understand why.

I’ll just say this. I love winter more than anything. This pains me. However, I am getting absolute joy out of watching these clown social media Mets absolutely eat shit with all their “wild times” calls and all the rubbing out to the stratosphere. 0.77" here. Wild day/night. Was stuck near 40 all day with light rain and drizzle, then around midnight temp started to climb to a high of 51.6 around 3 am with a strong squall like storm with 35 mph winds and heavy rain. temp dropping again, now 43.4/34.7 at 7:45 am.

Another under-performer. A 6 model blend yesterday dropped around .70" on Augusta. I received .33".

Couple solid gusts in upstate NY too
