Yup, bringing the coastal closer should juice that up. I think the only ways it would die completely are if the low goes too far OTS (trends seem optimistic that won't happen) or the coastal comes so far west it's just, well, a coastal. -

What’s with the ptype on RGEM. Feels like the 540 line is too far south for it to be rain that far north on hr 69. -

Notice on the models that were “out out”earlier at 18z, as the low moves more west, the IVT is more prevalent. -
What’s the timing looking like? Sister in law has flight out of NYC at 3pm Sunday

Me…yes. But I don’t think Ray partakes in anything. -
Seems like most guidance is honing in on a coastal hit for parts of DE and S NJ with lighter stuff N and W. Im sure we will have more wobbles but the general idea of extreme S Jersey being the jack zone seems pretty solid right now.

Cant argue that, but I think you get my point that i was making. It'd be the 8th wonder of the modern world if ALL guidance bows to the GFS. Thats what i was gettin at. Like i said earlier today, NAM did it in 2016. Maybe this is the GFS's turn to rule the roost for one. -

The key is trends and every model so far is trending strongly in the right direction. Still need more positive trends to get in the really good stuff though but it's painfully close

I don't eat like that regularly....usually just holidays I go off the hook, but not on a daily basis. I'm certainly not shreaded, but strong as an ox and lab work is pristine. -

All our snow so far has been from the IVT not the coastal so far in the 00z cycle -

Good trends nevertheless. A gfs hold or close to it would really actually be a massive momentum boost now. -
