Wind chill advisories are pretty normal cold for January too. Or at least what used to be normal cold. I think you are reading too much into it. Don’t leave your kids or pets in the car, maybe don’t go run 10 miles at 2pm, maybe find some air conditioning… that’s what the Advisory is.
