It looked kind of gray, but very bright, over here, I just assumed it was smoke. I’m seeing some 89’s and 90’s on wunderground in northern Suffolk.

It's 90 here right now for a 2nd day in a row.
-
I believe it ... we may have a legit case for realized maxes in between the NWS sites. Lotta home site 95s - too many

Spring 2025 Medium/Long Range Discussion

Not. We got a half inch of rain a few days ago and now models are trying to paint a dry bulls-eye over Iowa for much of June. Another severe-season snoozer. -
Newark has reached 90° for the first time this year.

Yeah my first house had two built-in 12k? units when I bought it, was only 1200 sq ft. upstairs but it was pretty much overkill for that space.
-
no more ugly/loud window units either! 84 here
-
Definitely hazy out there
-
quite the army there. that's a power install
-
86 now, highest of the year. New England just roasting
-
Ha ha, Won’t even run them at all.
-
maybe use the heat mode on saturday?
-
I'm masochistically seeing how long I can stand it... 85 in the living room, 93 in the front yard. I have a fully realized and functional mini split unit here in the living room, with a lowest cool setting of 57, turned off at the moment. muahhahahaha
-
idk it doesn't seem that smoky.... just clouds and sun, right now more sunny than cloudy so the temperature shot up into the mid 80s here
-
I have a novel idea, why can't these sites let people pick their own color scheme and then the data will be displayed just like the user wants to see it?
-
mid 80s here on the south shore too
-
My nephew works for them and he says when you kick these on, It’s amazing the cooling they put out, I have 4 9K units.
-
-
Smoke is really hindering a run at 90 it seems.

I remember when mine when in… when the crews left and those things were quietly cranking out cold, dry air. It’s a life changer. Congrats.
